Astec Bio USA offers factory direct sales, installation, calibration, and service of all our products. Our technicians use the same test equipment that Astec uses to assemble the incubators and workstations in Japan, which are NIST traceable and extremely accurate. This ensures that the equipment works as Astec engineers intended and helps to minimize errors in operation. Every installation and calibration comes with a traceable calibration certificate for each piece of equipment after the installation is complete. Certificates contain “as found” and “as left” data, along with references to each piece of test equipment used, to meet all regulatory needs.

When you choose Astec Bio USA for your installation and/or service needs, you help to maintain the 5 year warranty that now comes standard on Astec incubators and workstations. We only use factory original parts for maintenance and repair, not parts, filters, or other consumables that are similar. These are precision devices that can be affected by small changes and protecting the precious contents of the incubator are our  priority.

Direct Sales

For our U.S. customers, any Astec product can be ordered directly from our office and warehouse located in the Boston area. Our warehouse stocks a wide range of Astec equipment, parts, and consumables, including Astec IVF Plasticware and SureGrip Plasticware, made in Japan. We are also the exclusive U.S. importer and supplier for Oosafe Plasticware and Dewin Micropipettes. Orders placed before 3 PM EST are typically shipped the same day.

Installation and Maintenance Services

Our technicians, trained at the Astec factory in Japan, use the same testing equipment for calibrations that were originally used when your incubator was built. This ensures the highest quality calibrations and guarantees that your Astec equipment operates as intended. Only genuine Astec replacement parts are used for maintenance and repairs.

In addition to incubators, we have extensive service experience with other lab equipment such as microscopes. If other equipment in your lab requires servicing, we are often able to assist.
